The first time I saw Kevin Hart was in the abominable movie 'Paper Soldiers' in 2002. The movie produced by Jay Z's former business partner Damon Dash was a horrible ghetto comedy flick that immediately flopped.
The first time I was 'aware' of Kevin Hart was in 'Scary Movie 3' released in 2002, and the first time I knew Kevin Hart something in the mould of star quality was two years later when he acted in the over-the-top comedy 'Soul Plane'.
A decade and some years after Kevin Hart is worth $128m. Presently he is not only the biggest African-American actor in Hollywood but the number one comedian in the world. He can be described as a comedic god, a rock star who sells humour at sold out arenas all over the planet.

The 37-year-old 5ft 4inches mega star stands tall in the annals of Hollywood as a funny man with a strong work ethic and passion to be very successful at what he does. Born and raised in Philadelphia and brought up by his single mother as his drug addict father moved in and out of jail, Kevin Hart today is in commercials with football legend David Beckham and tennis star Serena Williams.
In January 2016, Kevin Hart inked a deal with Nike and became the first comedian to have his own signature line with the global sportswear brand. The reason why Nike inked him to a deal is because he is fitness fanatic with a fitness campaign.

Kevin Hart is a juggernaut in the business of making people laugh, an entrepreneur in the business. While his critics would say he is not as charming as Eddie Murphy or intellectually witty like Chris Rock they can't deny he is the best when it comes to selling comedy. He is the Diddy of the business. In 2015 Rolling Stone magazine dubbed him the "stand-up's first mogul."

His recent tour 'What Now?' which will be out in cinemas soon was a gigantic production normally not associated with stand-up comedy tours. "It's not a concert film — it's an action movie" Kevin Hart boasted to Rolling Stone. This is the rock star ish that Hart does. He makes a spectacle out of everything.

As expected Kevin Hart can't be king without having his haters. In February 2016, troubled comedian Katt Williams said actor/comedian Kevin Hart was a puppet.
I don’t care nothin’ ‘bout that happens to Kevin [Hart], I just wish him the best. I just know that that’s somebody’s hand is stuck up that baby, you understand? Oh, we’re a puppet show, boo boo. Please believe it. You’re looking at the only n**** that ain’t” said the controversial comedian.

Kevin Hart with his usual positive vibe ignored Katt Williams and focused on his business. His latest movie 'Central Intelligence' which stars former wrestling champion Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has raked in $180m since its June 10, 2016 release.
They say it takes a decade to be an overnight celebrity and this is true of Kevin Hart. Despite the setbacks in his career during the early days Kevin Hart persevered till he made it to the mountain top once again proving that talent is nothing without hardwork.
