Musa On Target As United, City Spare English Teams Blushes

Super Eagles forward Ahmed Musa inspired his team to their first Champions League win this season as CSKA Moscow put up a fine first half show to defeat PSV Eidhoven 3-2 in Russia.

Musa opened the scoring for CSKA Moscow as early as the seventh minutes before Ivorian International Seydou Doumbia grabbed a brace to give the home side a 3-0 lead at the break.
Two second half goals from Maxime Lestienne was however not enough for the Dutch Champions as they tried to crawl their way back into the game. It ended 3-2 in favour of Musa’s CSKA Moscow.

In the other games, Manchester United and Manchester City got vital wins to spare English teams’ blushes after London sides Arsenal and Chelsea went down last night to Olympiacos and Porto respectively.
