In a swift, the referee made an attempt to separate the two players who had lost their temper and issued both players a yellow card.
Messi who has a good reputation of keeping his cool, ‘lost-it’, but was very lucky not to have been sent off in a match which is supposed to be a friendly.

Brazilian Neymar had put the Catalan giants ahead in the first half of the Joan Gamper Trophy match at Camp Nou.
Earlier in the game, both Messi and Mbiwa had played as close oppositions, but a slight rough play heightened the Argentine’s temperament as it flashed through when he came face-to-face with the France international.
