John Obi Mikel, Victor Moses: Nigerian players resume pre-season with Chelsea


Mikel Obi resumed training amidst reports that he is keen on joining Turkish giants, Besiktas.

Nigerian players, John Obi Mikel and Victor Moses both trained with their Chelsea teammates as they returned to their Cobham base for the first day of pre-season training on Monday, July 11.
With new coach Antonio Conte yet to resume, Mikel, Moses and other Chelsea players were put through their paces as they returned from vacations.
Mikel resumed training amidst reports that he is keen on joining Turkish giants, Besiktas.
The midfielder has been at Chelsea for 10 years but his time with the club could be up with Leicester City midfielder N'Golo Kante and AS Roma star Radja Nainggolan heavily linked with the 2015 Premier League champions.

He however joined in a Chelsea players ran sprints as part of a battery of physical fitness tests, then took part in a training session with the ball.
The players had breakfast at 9am before checking in for initial physical tests to check their fitness on returning from their summer break.
Club captain John Terry posted a photo of himself and a number of Chelsea stars including Moses to his Instagram account.

The forward who spent last season on loan at West Ham is also set for another move away from the club.
Moses has been on loan at Liverpool and Stoke City since he joined Chelsea from Wigan.
