Bracketfoundation, made up of @smashbracket and @vastbracket in collaboration with Nairabet and Lakeshore hospital presents a cancer awareness concert titled ‘Stand up to cancer’.
Vastbracket was diagnosed with lymphoma (blood cancer) in 2013. He fought the disease for eight months and won; he is a survivor, he is an inspiration.
He has been cancer free since September 2013.
The
reason we are doing this today to inspire other people fighting cancer
to let them know that cancer is not a death sentence. Early detection is
key, cancer does not discriminate and anyone can be affected by it,
which is why we have to stand up to cancer.
Other celebrities joining Bracket Foundation to 'Stand up to cancer' include Chidinma, Solidstar, Waje, Tekno, Phyno, Burnaboy, DJ Jimmy Jatt.
