Just a day after his testimonial match in Port Harcourt, ex-Super Eagles captain Joseph Yobo was conferred with a chieftaincy title in Rivers State.

Yobo played for Team Nigeria and Team World in a match that ended 5-3 in favour of Nigeria on Friday, May 27 at the Adokiye Amiesimaka stadium in Port Harcourt.

Yobo’s wife, Adaeze attended the ceremony along with her mother and other family members.
The 35-year-old was born in Kono, a community in the Khana area of Rivers State, Nigeria.
