Jose Mourinho: Sacked coach returns to Chelsea for farewells

Jose Mourinho was allowed back into the training ground on Friday for a farewell with some of his loyal players.

A day after he was sacked by Chelsea, Jose Mourinho was back at the club's training ground for a farewell message to his former players.
Mourinho was given the sack on Thursday, December 17 after a run of poor results, their Monday 2-1 loss away at Leicester City inclusive.
He was however allowed back into the training ground on Friday for a farewell with some of his loyal players.
According to a Daily Mail report, some players were not around when he came in.

He spoke to the players, reminding them of how they won the Premier League title last season and urged them to play like champions.

His loyal assistant Rui Faria was also present at the club's training ground.
Chelsea's training on Friday was handled by assistant manager Steve Holland and owner Roman Abromavich was around to speak to the players also.
