Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is under more pressure as former team doctor, Eva Carneiro is filing a separate legal claim against the Portuguese coach.
Mourinho clashed with Carneiro during Chelsea’s 2-2 draw with Swansea on the opening day of the current season for going into the pitch to attend to Eden Hazard without knowing the extent of the injury.

She filed a law suit against her former club and according to Daily Mail, legal papers will be served to as part of separate but connected claims against him and against the club.
According
to the report, the suit against Mourinho will be on the basis that he
was instrumental in the actions against Carneiro in having her suspended
from her first-team duties and demotion.

Under employment law, an individual can be personally liable for damages if victimisation or discrimination can be proved.
This
new claim means that Mourinho will have to appear in person at an
employment tribunal unless the case is settled out of court beforehand.
