Judge orders release of woman who was accused of killing her twin sister when she drove off a cliff

Remember the story about twin sisters, 37 year old Anastasia Duval, who was killed, and 37 year old Alexandria Duval who was arrested after they got in an argument and she drove them off a cliff? Well, after Alexandria was arrested. she was jailed on a second-degree murder charge and accused of deliberately causing her sister's death, a judge on Wednesday ordered Alexandria's release after determining there was no probable cause for a murder charge.

Maui Prosecuting Attorney John Kim said
"We will have to see what other evidence we can find by furthering the investigation,"  said when asked what prosecutors plan to do next.
Despite the judge's ruling, defense attorney Todd Eddins said he has been trying to bail her out since Wednesday evening to no avail.
He said she was still jailed because of charges related to a previous arrest involving disorderly conduct. He said:
She's eager to get to upstate New York in time for her sister's funeral.
"She's grateful but she's still traumatized by the whole series of events," he added.

Leslie McMichael, who is the sisters' spiritual adviser called the crash a horrible turn of events. She said.
"They were beautiful twins with so much life. They were so funny. They were such a machine together that people would stop and watch them."
