Army Destroys Boko Haram Guard Post

Nigerian army has raided the Sambisa forest, demolished one of the guard posts of Boko Haram insurgents.
The brave soldiers, determined to clear Sambisa from the terrorists, launched a successful attack on the camp, killing some of the terrorists.

Nigerian troops set ablaze Boko Haram flags, arms, weapons, launchers and motorcycle found in the camp.
One of the sources said: “Sambisa is a very wide place. It has different camps occupied by armed insurgents.

“The one destroyed today by troops is one out of many. They have been raiding the camps and will continue to do this to rid the forest of Sambisa.”
President Muhammadu Buhari while decorating news service chiefs gave three-months deadline for Nigerian army to crush the insurgency.

The military recently said that it would capture Sambisa forest, the hideout of the Boko Haram terrorists, before the December presidential deadline.

expressed happiness over the progress made by the military in ensuring that the December deadline is still intact.
