Ahead of their final
group game against Hungary, Ronaldo grabbed the microphone of a reporter
who approached him for an interview and threw it in a nearby lake.
This
incident happened while Ronaldo and his teammate were enjoying a
morning stroll around the lake behind their hotel in Linas-Marcoussis.
The journalist approached and asked Ronaldo, in Portuguese: "Are you ready for the game today?"
Ronaldo was irked by
the question and he grabbed the microphone from the reporter and threw
it into the lake and continued the walk with his teammates.
