Man stabbed in head with knife and he didn't even appear to notice (photos)

A shocking CCTV shows the moment a thug stabs a man in the head with a large knife and bizarrely the victim appears to have no idea. The armed man slams the blade into the top of the man's scalp as he sits behind a reception desk. But seconds later the victim stands up completely unaware there is a weapon protruding out of him.

He suddenly puts his hand up to his hair and realises something is wrong. And his attempts to pull the sharp knife out as the attacker starts to run off.

Amazingly, the victim even chases after the attacker as he runs away.

The knife is believed to have penetrated 10mm into the man's head, with him needing to spend two weeks in hospital recovering.

Police in Petropavlovsk, Kazakhstan, where the attack took place have arrested a man in connection with the attack.
