The Benin president stated this during his state visit to President Buhari at the state house Abuja on Tuesday, December 8th.

The sub-region is also going through serious problems of development. Fighting Boko Haram is becoming difficult because OPEC countries are going through oil crisis. We will always stand beside Buhari in his fight against corruption.”
In a related development, Niger Republic, in its bid to rid its prisons of the dreaded Islamist insurgents, has agreed to transfer about 500 Boko Haram prisoners back to Nigeria.
Judicial sources in the west African country informed that Niger has declared a state of emergency over the incessant reports of insurgency in an effort to improve security and has made hundreds of arrests.
