However, Africa’s football giants all dropped places in the latest ranking.
Ivory Coast have dropped one place to 22nd, Algeria moves down to 26th place and falls out of the top 20 while Ghana shift down five places to 30th.
Belgium is presently the highest ranked team in the World as they have overtaken Germany in the rankings while Austria and England moved one place each up to 10th and ninth respectively.
