Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho believes the stadium ban handed to him by the FA earlier this week will inspire his players to victory against Stoke on Saturday.
The
embattled Blues boss will serve a one-game stadium ban for Saturday's
trip to Stoke after admitting to an FA charge of 'misconduct regarding
his language and/or behaviour towards the match officials' during last
month's defeat by West Ham.
The
Chelsea boss was sent to the stands in Chelsea's Upton Park defeat when
he launched into a foul-mouthed half-time tirade at referee Jon Moss
following Nemanja Matic's red card.

Mourinho believes his players will be able to turn his
absence into a positive on Saturday afternoon
Despite
Chelsea being in desperate need of three points after a disastrous
start to the season, Mourinho doesn't believe his absence will harm his
team's performance.
He told the Evening Standard:
'I think they [the players] will know I am with them. They know I am
going to prepare the team until the moment they go to the game.
'They
know that during the game the action of the manager is not so crucial
and I think the fact they know why I am not on the bench is also
important for the group.'
