Travis Barker, has nothing to hide when it comes to his new relationship with Pop singer, Rita Ora, and he does have a lot to say.
The Blink-182 drummer exclusively opened up about the "I Will Never Let You Down" singer on Monday, October 5.
Us Weekly exclusively broke the news late last month that the pair are an item.
According to Barker, the two met face-to-face for the first time at the Power 106 All-Star Game in L.A. on September 20.
"I performed there with Tyga and Kid Ink. We had just met through passing. We have a mutual friend named Willie T," Barker, 39, explained. "I had walked up and he was like, 'Yo, take a picture with Rita.’ And I was like, 'Okay.'"
He continues: "We just took a photo together, but obviously she's stunning and she's awesome."
The tatted rocker says that he and Ora spoke briefly, but he did have time to introduce his son, Landon, 11, to her.
He adds, laughing: "Of course Rita Ora was like the only hot cheerleader at the whole spot, so you couldn’t help but notice her."'
Barker and Ora, 24, may have hit it off, but their new bond has reportedly left his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler, bitter.
It's been rumored that the 40-yr-old model, with whom he shares Landon and daughter Alabama, 9, thinks that he and Ora are together just to make her jealous.
"One
word for that: just thirsty. Thirsty. I have no connection to my baby’s
mama except that she’s the mother of my children. I don’t know where
those rumors are coming from. That’s the craziest thing I’ve ever
heard," Barker says.
In addition, some reports have claimed that the exes are still living together and Barker is still in love with her.
Baker goes on to add: "We haven’t been romantically involved for six to seven years."
