Jose Mourinho is already making contingency plans amid fears he could
be sacked as Chelsea boss by making contact with Paris St-Germain and
Inter Milan, according to reports.
ESPN claim that Mourinho is fearing the sack at the Stamford Bridge outfit following their dismal start to the season, a trend that was compounded by defeat at West Ham on Saturday – their fifth in the Premier League already this season.
The defending champions find themselves down in 15th position after ten games, just five points above the relegation zone and an astonishing 11 points behind current league leaders Manchester City.
And, according to sources close to ESPN, Mourinho’s representatives have started making contact with French champions PSG and former club Inter Milan about a potential move if he is relieved of his duties by Roman Abramovich.
Mourinho enjoyed a supremely successful spell in Serie A with Inter, winning the league twice and completing the domestic treble in his final season after dramatically beating Bayern Munich 2-0 in the Champions League final.
