A man has been jailed for seven years after killing his brother by force-feeding him potatoes.
The Danish brothers were fighting in Jutland when the younger man killed his 57-year-old sibling by strangling him by hand, say prosecutors.
The killer was acquitted of manslaughter but was found guilty of causing the death which happened in November last year, reports local newspaper NordJyske.
Emergency services arrived to find a man lying dead on the floor of a home the brothers shared.
Paramedics found a potato lodged in his windpipe.
The younger brother was arrested.
In court he said he had tried to unblock his brother’s windpipe.
