A former Chelsea FC coach, Shane Hughes has
been taken to court for allegedly raping a twelve year old at the clubs
Cobham’s training center in London.
According to the Mirror UK, Shane raped a 12 year
old who told authorities Hughes held her down and
tied her to chair.
Hughes worked for the Chelsea Foundation, an independent charity operating within communities which includes coaching courses for children.
Hughes reportedly also sent semi-naked pictures of the minors to females for attention.
He was arrested in 2011 after a teacher found naked photos of the
coach on the phone of the girl he is accused of raping but after he was
paraded in front of a court, Hughes denied the allegations.
The girl Hughes reportedly raped is now 16 years old and he is facing 14 counts of rape in relation to a child under the age of 13 years.
