Indian hemp concealed in four fertiliser sacks at Frankadua near Akosombo.
The two suspects, both drivers, are Yemoh Odoi, alias Attah aged 51 years, and 21-year-old Prince Otibu.
They were carrying one hundred and eighty-five parcels at the time of the arrest.
