Emmanuel Emenike is fit again and ready to return to action for his club Al Ain, when they face Al Jazirah in a UAE league game on Friday.
The Super Eagles striker has been out of action with muscle pain, which saw him miss their league opener.
“We will play Emenike in Friday’s game for 45 minutes because he did not participate in the team’s training for some days; thus he has not attained the required level of readiness that will enable him play a full game, and after the game, he will be released to join his national team,” Al Ain coach, Zlako Dalic announced.
This development will be good news for Nigeria coach, Sunday Oliseh, who invited the powerful front man for next week’s AFCON qualifier against Tanzania in Dar es Salaam
