According to those who took these photos, it's not clear If the Okadaman
stripped himself or the police removed his trousers during a scuffle
with them after they seized his Okada at Station bus-stop, Iju road,
Agege.
The police were alsos said to have sprayed teargas into the Okada man's eyes.
